The apartment at Vortex Klcc By Rainbow was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed, like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was that the apartment could accommodate up to 5 persons. As a solo traveler, it felt a bit too big for me.

It had a magnificent and marvellous setting short walk to the footpath, night markets and shopping and Hard Rock Cafe, KLCC Twin Tower, KL Tower and near KL Monorail Bukit Nanas Station.

The apartment was clean, the design was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed quick check-in. Staff was nice, assisted me with everything. There were the laundry facilities and a safe box, tidy rooms.

The rooms felt cozy and just like home, and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils we needed to cook meals for our picky children. The location was perfect, with attractions such as KL Tower and the Twin Towers just a short 15-minute walk away, and the Bukit Nana station only 5 minutes away. We were also impressed with the landlord lady, who was extremely helpful and always accessible on WhatsApp for any support or assistance we needed. We definitely plan on coming back for our future trips to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality.

My wife says that the musky smell outside the lift area was a little unpleasant for us as a family.

Stunning and brilliant location so close to famous places in KL and the KL city center, everything great. Nice welcome from host.

Clean property so close to Jalan Alor, KL Pavillion and Menara KL, the footpath, and KLCC park. Marvellous and amazing location relatively near a major shopping center. Btw, located in the heart of the city. Amicable staff, and the best host ever. Rooms with nice view.

The host Joanne is absolutely amazing, always there to help and reply to messages quickly. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby and attractions within walking distance. The view from the high floor apartment is mind-blowing. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and cozy with comfortable beds. The wifi connection is great and the AC and hot water work perfectly. The swimming pool area is a nice bonus. The contact person Francis was very helpful. I had a super enjoyable stay and would definitely come back!

The room here was clean, nicely decorated, and had a baby cot; the view was stunning, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Vortex Klcc by Rainbow in KL! Miss Kim made check-in a breeze, even though I arrived after midnight. The apartment on the 45th floor was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views. The location was perfect, close to Bukit Nanas Monorail station, Petronas Towers, KL Tower, and Jalan Alor night food street. Having a 711 and mini grocery in the building was convenient. I'll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in a prime location, just a short walk to the iconic Petronas twin towers and conveniently close to the train station. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-in. the view from the room was breathtaking, giving us a glimpse of the bustling cityscape. the fast WiFi was an added bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip.

The swimming pool and gym facilities were not easily accessible, as we were only allowed a brief visit.

The hotel's decor was simply delightful, with beautiful colors and comfortable furnishings. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the hotel to be easily accessible, making it convenient for me to move around and explore. The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to offer assistance whenever needed. I truly enjoyed the overall ambiance and style of the hotel, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for my stay.

It would have been even better if there were handrails or grab bars in the bathroom for extra safety and support. This would have made it a perfect vacation spot for senior individuals like me.
